  • On Saturday, October 25th, Pope John Paul II Model Secondary School held an impactful PTA meeting, where parents turned out in impressive numbers to support our schools mission and progress. Together, we explored innovative ways to enrich the student experience and foster growth. A highlight of the meeting was the awarding of Excellence Awards to students who demonstrated outstanding academic performance in the last academic session, as well as recognition for two of our exceptional teachers whose dedication and impact have significantly contributed to our students success. This acknowledgment reinforces our commitment to celebrating achievements and motivating everyone within our school community. We also introduced a trust-fund initiative aimed at supporting handicapped students who have lost their parents or sponsors, which received enthusiastic support from our parent community. This effort marks a positive step toward inclusivity and compassion in education. Health and well-being were central topics of discussion, with parents encouraged to ensure students return to school healthy and well-checked after the break, ready for continued learning. Our heartfelt thanks go to all parents, PTA executives, and our hardworking teachers for their dedication and support. This midterm break provides teachers time to recharge and prepare for the next term, ensuring quality education remains at the heart of our mission. Wishing all our students, families, and staff a restful and refreshing break. We look forward to welcoming everyone back with renewed energy and focus. Warm regards, Pope John Paul II Model Secondary School Administration
